Well, from what I have read, the prize isn't just given to people who have accomplished a lot of peace, but as a way of encouraging people to go in that direction. I mean, Yassir Arafat got the prize a few years ago, and he was pretty much a terrorist. I just read that the 18 year old who was on the run after attacking patrons of a gay bar with a hatchet and a gun has been captured in Arkansas, but not before killing a police officer and getting a passenger killed.
